研究目的：

（1）观察刺络拔罐治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎溃后期临床疗效，并作出客观评价。形成刺络拔罐治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎溃后期的规范技术文本，为临床提供疗效可靠、简便快捷的治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的技术方法。 （2）观察刺络拔罐法治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的安全性，以指导其更好应用于临床。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Observe the clinical effect of pricking collaterals and cupping in granulomatous mastitis ulceration, and make objective evaluation.Form the standard technical text of pricking collaterals and cupping for the late treatment of granulomatous mastitis late stage, providing reliable, simple and quick treatment of granulomatous mastitis for clinical practice. (2) Observe the safety ofpricking collaterals and cupping method in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis to guide its better application in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合肉芽肿性乳腺炎诊断标准。
（2）符合溃后期诊断标准。
（3）年龄在18～60岁（包括18岁和60岁）之间女性。
（4）知情同意，能够配合医护人员进行治疗和护理工作，签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of granulomatous mas
(2) Meet the late stage diagnostic criteria.
(3) Women are aged between 18 and 60 years old (including 18 and 60 years old).
(4) Informed consent, able to cooperate with medical staff in treatment and nursing work, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）合并乳腺恶性肿瘤者。
（2）严重惧针、火罐，或对针具、火罐过敏者。
（3）合并有心脑血管、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统等严重原发性疾病，或精神病患者。
（4）妊娠期、哺乳期的妇女。
（5）正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients complicated with malignant breast tumors.
(2) Serious fear of needles,cupping jar, or allergic to needles,cupping jar.
(3) Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other severe primary diseases, or mental illness.
(4) Women in pregnancy and lactation.
(5) Those who are participating in other clinical trials.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由负责统计分析的单位指定数据管理员负责。采用EpiData 软件编制数据录入程序。由两个数据管理员独立进行双份录入，并经盲态审核后锁定数据库，移交统计分析人员按统计计划书要求进行统计分析。
