研究目的：

观察经鼻高流量氧疗治疗急性高原性肺水肿合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effects of non-invasive ventilation and highflow nasal cannula in acute high altitude pulmonary edema with respiratory failure

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

分为HFNC治疗组、NIPPV治疗组和常规氧疗组。A.经鼻高流量氧疗（HFNC）治疗组。B.无创正压通气（NIV）治疗组。应用NIV进行呼吸支持，维持经皮脉搏血氧饱和度（SpO2）于92～96%。3。若在应用NIV过程中出现病情恶化，达到行气管插管有创通气的标准，临床医生推荐予气管插管行有创机械通气，由临床医生根据患者及家属意见等临床综合情况决定是否行气管插管有创通气，继续行NIV或改行氧疗。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-70岁，性别不限；符合中华医学会第三次全国高原医学学术讨论会制定的《我国高原病命名、分型及诊断标准》的急性高原性肺水肿患者。

Inclusion criteria

age 17~70 years old, fullfil the diagnosis criteria of HAPE

排除标准：

呼吸心跳停止的患者;有呕吐症状者;自主呼吸微弱、昏迷、意识障碍者;有面部创伤、畸形等类似情况;有呼吸道分泌物粘稠较多的情况;有低血压状态者;其他研究者认为不适合参加实验的情况

Exclusion criteria：

Cardiac-pulmonary arrest, Vomiting, disturbance of consciousness; Facial trauma; hard clearance of airway secretion; hemodynamic unstable;
