研究目的：

1.评估益生菌联合乳酸干预对男同口咽部淋球菌抑制效果； 2.评估乳酸干预对男同口咽部淋球菌抑制效果； 3.评估益生菌联合乳酸预防男同口咽淋球菌感染可行性.  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the inhibitory effect of probiotics combined with lactic acid on oropharyngeal gonorrhoea treatment in men who have sex with men; 2. To evaluate the inhibitory effect of lactic acid on oropharyngeal gonorrhoea treatment in men who have sex with men. 3. To evaluate the feasibility of probiotics combined with lactic acid in the prevention of oropharyngeal gonorrhoea infection in men who have sex with men:

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.男性；
2.年龄大于18岁；
3.过去与男性发生过性行为；
4.咽拭子淋球菌阳性；
5.肛门淋球菌或沙眼衣原体阳性但愿意选择乳酸凝胶治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Male;
2. Age more than 18 years;
3. Man who had sex with a man in the past;
4. The throat swab was positive for Neisseria gonorrhoeae;
5. Man was diagnosis as Neisseria gonorrhoeae or chlamydia at anorectum who are willing to choose lactic acid gel for treatment.

排除标准：

1.过去2周内服用抗生素；
2.过去一周内服用益生菌；
3.尿道淋球菌或沙眼衣原体阳性；
4.口咽沙眼衣原体阳性；
5.筛查当天梅毒阳性；
6.愿意使用抗生素治疗.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Man who have taken antibiotics in the past 2 weeks;
2. Man who have taken probiotics in the past 1 week;
3. Man was diagnosis as Neisseria gonorrhoeae or chlamydia at urethra;
4. Man was diagnosis as chlamydia atoropharynx
5. Man had a positive result for syphilis on the day of screening;
6. Man perferred to antibiotics treatment.
