研究目的：

随着老龄化程度的加快，社会不仅关注老年人的身体健康，更多的开始关注心理健康。其中失独群体成为需要重点关注的群体。失独群体是指受计划生育政策影响，生育的唯一子女由于疾病或意外灾祸不幸去世， 且不能或不再生育也不愿意收养子女的群体（熊亮等，2021）。失独群体作为 20 世纪七十年代实行的计划生育政策长期作用下的政策产物，随着时间演进及政策推移，失独问题越来越多的显露出来。当他们的孩子去世时，他们失去了经济支持和情感支持，这导致他们的生活照料、精神健康成为社区的重点关注群体。以身-心-社-灵整合干预从身体、心理、社会和心灵四个维度出发，整合八段锦身心放松、心理辅导、小组支持等方面，以养身为切入点，提升精神健康和社会支持，为失独老人提供整合性的干预服务。纪文晓等（2020）在中国华裔老年群体中进行了“身-心-社-灵”整合干预的验证，研究显示，整合服务模式有助于减轻华裔老人的慢性疼痛、抑郁及焦虑等症状，对解决老年群体的身心健康的改善具有积极的作用。因此，“身-心-社-灵”有助于提升失独老人的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

With the acceleration of the aging degree, the society not only pays attention to the physical health of the elderly, but also begins to pay more attention to the mental health. The lost only child group has become a group that needs to be focused on. Shidu loss group refers to the group whose only child dies due to disease or accident due to the influence of the family planning policy, and who cannot or no longer bear children and are unwilling to adopt children (Xiong Liang et al., 2021). As a long-term product of the family planning policy implemented in the 1970s, the problem of losing one's only child has become more and more obvious with the development of time and policy. When their children die, they lose financial and emotional support, which leads to their life care and mental health becoming a key concern group in the community. From the four dimensions of physical, psychological, social and spiritual, baduanjin physical and mental relaxation, psychological counseling, group support and other aspects are integrated. Taking physical maintenance as the starting point, mental health and social support are improved, and integrated intervention services are provided for the elderly who have lost their only child. Ji Wenxiao et al. (2020) verified the "body-mind-society-spirit" integrated intervention in the Elderly population of Chinese Americans. The study showed that the integrated service model could help alleviate the symptoms of chronic pain, depression and anxiety in the elderly population of Chinese Americans, and played a positive role in improving the physical and mental health of the elderly population. Therefore, "body-mind-social spirit" is helpful to improve the quality of life of the elderly who have lost their only child.

Inclusion criteria :(1) age ≥49 years; (2) Have certain understanding and communication skills; (3) Voluntary participation.

排除标准：

排除标准：（1）排除失能的老人；（2）排除重度认知障碍的老人；（3）排除失去孩子的时长小于1年的老人。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria :(1) exclude disabled elderly; (2) Exclude the elderly with severe cognitive impairment; (3) Excluding the elderly who lost their children for less than one year.
