评估注射用修饰透明质酸钠凝胶用于中国人丰唇的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of modified sodium hyaluronate injectable gel used for lip filling to enhance lip in Chinese

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

具备执业医师资格并经注射培训合格的研究人员，使用细针头将试验器械注射用修饰透明质酸钠凝胶在受试者唇部注射，具体注射剂量由研究者根据受试者的实际情况评估后确定 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Qualified practitioners and the injection of training qualified researchers, using fine needle injecting test instrument with modified sodium hyaluronate injectable gel in subjects on lip area, the specific dose assessment by the researcher according to the actual situation of the subjects to determine 

纳入标准：

1.中国正常成年人，年龄18-60周岁；
2.唇部有填充需求以改善唇的形态和丰满度，5级嘴唇丰满度量表（LFS）评分为1、2或3；愿意按试验要求进行注射和随访；
3.唇部未进行过其他填充剂的治疗，无永久性填充物；
4.根据唇形态5级分级量表，希望在治疗后能够提高1个量级者；
5.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18~60 years male and female;
2.Lip filling is required to improve lip shape and fullness. The lip fullness scale (LFS) of level 5 is 1, 2 or 3. Willing to give injections and follow up as required by the trial;
3.Lip area has not been treated with other fillers and no permanent fillers;
4.According to the level 5 lip fullness scale (LFS), it is expected to improve by 1 level after treatment.
5.Subjects voluntarily sign informed consent before participating in the trial.

排除标准：

分五大类：
1.既往病史：1）唇的表面有异常痕迹（纹饰、穿孔）、颜色、肿物、瘢痕等。2）唇的内部有永久或半永久性填充物、肿物。3）唇后衬托结构（牙、牙龈、牙槽骨等）异常的形态改变。4）唇部以及唇鼻畸形等。
2.现病史 ：一年内唇部进行过可降解的注射填充物，新生物，瘢痕、感染、创面、表皮的剥脱性治疗、唇部邻近部位脱毛等。24月内植入过半永久性填充物、或计划在试验期间面部接受此类注射的。
3.全身状况：有下列情况者：凝血功能异常、出血倾向、怀孕或哺乳期妇女（计划在试验阶段受孕者）、瘢痕体质受试者、严重糖尿病、 甲亢受试者、癫痫、严重器质性疾病受试者、自身免疫性疾病、过敏性疾病受试者。正在进行上述疾病对症治疗者。
4.心理异常者或精神病受试者。
5.进行本研究的所有工作人员。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous medical history: 1) abnormal marks (ornamentation, perforation), color, mass, scar, etc.2) permanent or semi-permanent fillers and masses in the interior of the lip.3) abnormal morphological changes of the background structure (teeth, gums, alveolar bone, etc.).4) lip and labial nose deformity, etc.
2.Present medical history: biodegradable injection fillers, new neoplasm, exfoliation treatment of scar, infection, wound and epidermis, and hair removal of adjacent parts of the lip within one year. Implant a semi-permanent filler within 24 months, or plan to receive such injections on the face during the trial.
3.The whole body condition: subjects with abnormal coagulation function, bleeding tendency, pregnant or lactating women (who plan to become pregnant in the trial stage), subjects with scar constitution, subjects with severe diabetes, subjects with hyperthyroidism, subjects with epilepsy, subjects with severe organic diseases, subjects with autoimmune diseases, and subjects with allergic diseases. Who is undergoing symptomatic treatment for the above diseases.
