研究目的：

1、评价洁碧冲牙器对控制牙面菌斑的有效性 观察指标：改良菌斑指数（MPI）及其下降率 2、评价洁碧冲牙器对减轻牙龈炎症的有效性 观察指标：改良牙龈指数（MGI）、出血指数（BI）、探诊出血比例（BOP%），及其下降率。 3、观察洁碧冲牙器临床应用的安全性和适用性 观察指标： （1）牙龈退缩 （2）疼痛及牙敏感 （3）其他安全性指标：如过敏、口腔软硬组织损伤等。 （4）产品评价：冲牙器清洁能力、自觉症状缓解情况、购买意愿、整体使用情况评估、其他不适反馈等。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the effectiveness of Waterpik water flosser on the control of dental plaque Indices: modified plaque index (MPI) and its decline rate 2. To evaluate the effectiveness of Waterpik water flosser on the control of dental plaque Indices: modified gingival index (MGI), bleeding index (BI), proportion of bleeding on probing (BOP%) and their decline rate. 3. To observe the safety and usability of Waterpik water flosser in clinical application Indices: (1) Gingival recession (2) Pain and Dentin Hypersensitivity (3) Other safety indicators: such as allergy, oral soft and hard tissue injury, etc. (4) Product evaluation: cleaning ability of Waterpik water flosser, symptom relief, purchase intention, overall performance evaluation, other discomfort feedback, etc.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18周岁～65周岁，性别不限；
（2）全身健康状况良好；
（3）有日常刷牙习惯；
（4）有2O颗以上可检测的天然牙（除第三磨牙），且每个象限至少有5颗天然牙；
（5）受试者有牙龈炎，检查至少有20个牙龈出血位点；
（6）Turesky改良Quigley- Hein 菌斑指数PI≥1.5；
（7）签署知情同意书，能按要求完成临床试验。

Inclusion criteria

（1）Men or women, 18 to 65 years old;
（2）In good general physical health;
（3）Brushing teeth as daily habits;
（4）There are at least 20 permanent teeth (except the third molars) and at least 5 teeth in each quadrant;
（5）There are at least 20 gingival bleeding sites at the baseline examination;
（6）The subject had gingivitis and Turesky-Modified Quigley-Hein Plaque Index (MPI) score > 1.5 at Baseline examnation;
（7）The subjects signed the informed consent form and were able to complete the clinical trial as required.

排除标准：

（1）有牙周炎史或牙龈退缩；
（2）戴有正畸带环或正畸矫治器；
（3）戴有可摘义齿或不良修复体者；
（4）口腔内有开放性龋齿、粘膜病变、软硬组织肿瘤；
（5）访视开始前6个月内接受了牙周治疗；
（6）访视开始前3个月内接受了口腔手术；
（7）访视开始前4周内接受了专业的洁治术；
（8）访视开始前3个月内参与了其他的临床研究；
（9）装有心脏起搏器或者心脏除颤器；
（10）口干症患者；
（11）正在使用或者筛选期间需要使用抗生素、非甾体类抗炎药物或中药；
（12）正在服用抗凝药物；
（13）正在使用牙齿美白产品或口腔清洁辅助产品（如：口腔冲洗器、电动牙刷、牙线、牙间刷、漱口水等）；
（14）已知或疑似对所使用材料或其成分过敏或不能耐受者；
（15）近1年内有怀孕计划、已怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
（16）牙科学生或牙科专业人士；
（17）本研究中心临床研究部门、牙科学院或牙科产品制造、研究或营销公司的员工或员工家属；
（18）吸香烟，或任何电子烟类产品，烟斗或雪茄；
（19）患有严重的全身系统性疾病（如对现有牙周疾病有影响的高血压、糖尿病、肝肾功能异常等）；
（20）研究者认为其全身和口腔状况不适合参加此研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Periodontitis history or gingival recession;
（2）Wearing orthodontic bands or orthodontic appliances;
（3）Wearing removable dentures or inappropriate prosthesis;
（4）Suffering from untreated dental caries,mucosal lesions or oral tumor.
（5）Received periodontal treatment within 6 months before the visit;
（6）Received oral surgery within 3 months before the visit;
（7）Received professional scaling within 4 weeks before the visit;
（8）Participation in another clinical trial within 3 months before Visit;
（9）Equipped with a pacemaker or defibrillator;
（10）Patients with xerostomia;
（11）Antibiotics,Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or Chinese medicine are being used or needed during screening;
（12）Anticoagulant drugs are being taken;
（13）Tooth whitening products or oral hygiene aids(i.e. oral irrigator, electric toothbrush,dental floss, interdental brush, mouthwash, etc.) are being used;
（14）Subjects who are known or suspected to be allergic or intolerant to the material used or its components
（15）Women who have a pregnancy plan, are pregnant or breast-feeding in one year;
（16）Be a dental student or dental professional;
（17）Be an employee or a relative of the clinical research center, Dental College, dental product manufacturing, research or marketing company;
（18）Smoke cigarettes,any e-cigarette products, pipes or cigars;
（19）Suffering from severe systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction, which affect the existing periodontal diseases;
（20）The researchers considered that general and oral conditions of the subjects were not suitable for participating in this study;
