研究目的：

研究不同给氧位置、吸氧流量、支持压力、面罩对健康人使用无创正压通气时的呼吸机触发灵敏度的影响，为临床更合理地使用无创呼吸机提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effects of different oxygen feeding position, oxygen flow, support pressure and mask on the ventilator trigger sensitivity of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in healthy people, so as to provide theoretical basis for more rational use of non-invasive ventilator in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①18-35岁健康成人；②肺功能正常；③无吸烟史；④知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(I) age between 18 and 30 years old; (II) with normal lung function; (III) without history of smoking; (IV) signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①合并慢性心肺疾病史和胸膜、胸廓疾病；②鼻出血、鼻炎、面部创伤/术后/畸形；③极度紧张，不合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

(I) with chronic heart and lung disease or pleural, thoracic diseases; (II) with nosebleed, rhinitis, facial trauma or postoperative deformity; (III) not able to cooperate with the whole process.
