研究目的：

1.探索磁刺激“百会”对社区健康老年人认知加工速度的影响。 2.利用静息态fMRI技术观察磁刺激“百会”对社区健康老年人额顶叶相关的大尺度神经网络的影响，阐释磁刺激“百会”对社区健康老年人认知加工速度的潜在的神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1 To explore the effect of rTMS magnetic stimulation over Baihui acupoint for cognitive processing speed of community healthy elderly adults. 2. To explore the effect of frontoparietal cortex related large-scale brain network of community healthy elderly people pre- and post-intervention, and elucidate the potential neural mechanism of rTMS magnetic stimulation over Baihui acupoint on cognitive processing speed for community healthy elderly adults.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1).健康社区志愿者(60-75岁)；
(2).所有受试者有正常的视力或矫正过的视力，无色盲；
(3).具有40分贝或更好的在 500-4000HZ 的听力；
(4).所有人的母语是汉语；
(5).右利手受试者；
(6).为了避免痴呆与抑郁，MMSE大于26分，老年抑郁量表5分以下；
(7).受试者签署知情同意书。
符合以上全部标准者，可纳入研究

Inclusion criteria

(1).healthy community volunteers (60-75 years old);
(2).all subjects have normal vision or corrected vision without color blindness;
(3).have a hearing of 40 decibels or better at 500-4000Hz;
(4).all of them are native speakers of Chinese;
(5).right-handed subjects;
(6).in order to avoid dementia and depression, the MMSE score should be greater than 26, the GDS-15 score should be lower than 5;
(7).subjects signed informed consent
Those who meet all the above criteria can be included in the study.

排除标准：

⑴.有明显的血管事件（如：心肌梗死，卒中，或外周血管事件）;
(2).有任何恶性肿瘤的病史；
(3).有心脏、肺、肝或肾功能衰竭史;
(4).急性期或治疗不当的甲状腺疾病；
(5).神经系统或精神系统疾病;
(6).意识丧失的脑外伤史.
符合以上任意一项标准者，都将不被纳入研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) there are obvious vascular events (e.g., myocardial infarction, stroke, or peripheral vascular events);
(2) history of any malignant tumor;
(3) history of heart, lung, liver or kidney failure;
(4) thyroid diseases in the acute stage or improperly treated;
(5) diseases of the nervous system or mental system;
(6) history of traumatic brain injury with loss of consciousness.
Those who meet any of these criterias above will not be included in the study.
