研究目的：

主要目的：采用最新的 GLIM 全球共识对心衰住院患者的营养状况进行评估，了解住院 心衰患者的营养不良发生率及营养不良与患者临床结局的关系，同时设置暴露组和非暴露组，观察营养支持对营养不良心衰患者临床结局的影响，为后续心衰住院患者的临床管理提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: The latest GLIM global consensus was used to assess the nutritional status of patients hospitalized with heart failure, and to understand the incidence of malnutrition and the relationship between malnutrition and clinical outcomes of patients hospitalized with heart failure, and to observe the effect of nutritional support on the clinical outcomes of malnourished heart failure patients in both exposed and non-exposed groups, and to provide a reference for the subsequent clinical management of patients hospitalized with heart failure.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者及家属知情同意；
2.年龄≥18 周岁；
3.神志清楚 能配合完成营养评估或家属能配合完成。

Inclusion criteria

1. Informed consent of patients and their families;
2. Aged >= 18 years;
3. Be conscious and able to cooperate with the completion of the nutritional assessment or the family members can cooperate with the completion.

排除标准：

1.住院时间≤24 小时；
2.存在严重的认知或神经缺陷患者；
3.合并恶性肿瘤；
4.严重肝肾功能不全；
5.急性重大损伤、闭合性颅脑 损伤等；
6.妊娠或哺乳期女性；
7.资料缺失或不完整者；
8.研究者认为不宜参加的研究对象。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hospitalization time <= 24 hours;
2. Patients with severe cognitive or neurological deficits;
3. Combined with malignant tumor;
4. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency;
5. Acute major injury, closed craniocerebral injury, etc.;
6. Pregnant or lactating women;
7. The information is missing or incomplete;
8. The research subjects who the researchers think are not suitable to participate.
