Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of intravitreal anti-VEGF injections on corneal sub-basal nerve plexus and corneal sensation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄＞18岁；纳入疾病类型包括AMD、RVO-ME、DME
2、至少完成3次玻璃体腔注射抗VEGF药物
3、随访时间大于3个月

Inclusion criteria

1.Adults aged 18 or older,types of disease included age-related macular degeneration, macular edema caused by retinal vein occlusion, and diabetic macular edema.
2.At least three intravitreal anti-VEGF injections.
3.Follow-up was over 3 months

排除标准：

1、眼外伤及眼部手术史如玻璃体药物注射术、屈光手术史等
2、既往角膜异常的患者
3、角膜接触镜佩戴史、干眼症、长期眼局部用药病史（人工泪液除外）
4、青光眼及眼前节疾病史
5、失访患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Trauma or ophthalmic surgery such as intravitreal drug injection therapyrefractive surgery and others
2.Abnormal corneal structure
3.History of contact lens use,dry eye disease,prolonged topical ocular medication(Artificial tears are excluded )
4.Glaucoma diagnosis and subjects with anterior-segment disease
5.Patients lost to follow-up
