1. 观察血清Uch-L1与大脑认知功能和不同脑区能量代谢变化的相关性； 2. 探讨UCH-L1能否作为AD的早期血液指标。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To observe the correlation between serum UCH-L1 and the changes of brain cognitive function and energy metabolism in different brain regions; 2.To explore whether uCH-L1 can be used as an early blood indicator of AD.

纳入标准：

在核医学科门诊FDG-PET/CT检查排除了肿瘤的健康人群。

Inclusion criteria

The fdG-PET /CT examination in the nuclear Medicine department outpatient clinic excluded healthy people with tumors.

排除标准：

不愿（不能）进行认知量表评估和抽血的人群。

Exclusion criteria：

Participants who were unwilling (unable) to be assessed on a cognitive scale and to have their blood drawn.
