研究目的：

利用经皮穴电刺激辅助全身麻醉来降低开颅动脉瘤夹闭手术围术期镇痛药的使用、减少恶心呕吐、促进术后恢复、调节免疫功能。  

Objectives of Study：

To reduce the use of perioperative analgesics, reduce nausea and vomiting, promote postoperative recovery and regulate immune function in craniotomy aneurysm clipping operation by using percutaneous electrical stimulation assisted general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄40-70岁；
2.ASA分级I-III级；
3.Hunt分级I-III级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 40-70 years old;
2. ASA classification I-III;
3.Hunt grades I-III.

排除标准：

1.拒绝参与本研究；
2.已参加其他临床研究；
3.存在接受经皮穴位电刺激（TEAS）的潜在医疗问题：例如，有起搏器或金属植入物或对表面电极过敏者；
4.精神疾病；
5.酒精、药物依赖或吸毒史；
6.近期或常规针灸治疗史；
7.严重心肝肾功能不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refuse to participate in this research;
2. Participated in other clinical studies;
3. Potential medical problems with transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS): for example, those with pacemakers or metal implants or allergic to surface electrodes;
4. Mental illness;
5. History of alcohol, drug dependence or drug use;
6. Recent or routine acupuncture treatment history;
7. Severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency.
