研究目的：

开展前瞻性临床试验，证明褪黑素与IL-4/JAK1/STAT6通路诱发过敏性鼻炎的时序相关性；在此基础上通过体外细胞实验，揭示褪黑素影响IL-4/JAK1/STAT6通路诱发过敏性鼻炎的生物学效应机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Prospective clinical trials are carried out to prove the seasonal correlation between Mel and allergic rhinitis induced by IL-4/JAK1/STAT6 pathway. On this basis, the mechanism of Mel's effect on allergic rhinitis induced by IL-4/ JAK1/STAT6 pathway was revealed by cell experiment in vitro.

纳入标准：

1.健康组纳入标准：
符合WHO确定的健康标准（WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION. What is the WHO definition of health? [EB/OL]. [2017-04-26]. http://www.who.int /suggestions/faq/en/.）
2.过敏性鼻炎病例纳入标准：
（1）年龄在18～50岁，符合“中国变应性鼻炎诊断和治疗指南”（2022年，修订版）中过敏性鼻炎的诊断标准。在此基础上，采用国际通用的过敏性鼻炎评分量表（Score for allergic rhinitis, 简称SFAR）对其进行评价，若SFAR量表得分均大于等于7分，即符合入组条件。[Annesi‐Maesano, A. Didier, M. Klossek, et al. The score for allergic rhinitis (SFAR): a. simple and valid assessment method in population studies[J] Allergy,2002,57(2): 107 -114.]，有意愿参与研究，作为疾病组，同意留取生物样本；
（2）居住在天津市1年以上，且研究期间无长期出行计划。

Inclusion criteria

1.Health group inclusion criteria:

2.Inclusion criteria for allergic rhinitis cases:
（1）The patients were aged from 18 to 50 years old and met the diagnostic criteria for allergic rhinitis in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergic rhinitis in China" (revised edition, 2022). On this basis, the internationally accepted Score for Allergic Rhinitis (SFAR) scale was used to evaluate the patients. If the SFAR Score was greater than or equal to 7, the patients were eligible for inclusion.[Annesi‐Maesano, A. Didier, M. Klossek, et al. The score for allergic rhinitis (SFAR): a. simple and valid assessment method in population studies[J] Allergy,2002,57(2): 107 -114.]Willing to participate in the study, as the disease group, agree to take biological samples.
（2）Has lived in Tianjin for more than 1 year and has no long-term travel plan during the study period.

排除标准：

过敏性鼻炎病例排除标准：
（1）有吸烟行为的患者；
（2）合并严重的疾肺部疾病患者；
（3）长期持续服药的患者；
（4）职业接触粉尘、有机物的患者；
（5）近一年内住宅装修的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for allergic rhinitis:
(1) Patients with smoking behavior;
(2) patients with serious lung disease;
(3) patients who take medication continuously for a long time;
(4) Patients with occupational exposure to dust and organic matter;
(5) Residential decoration patients within the past year.
