研究目的：

（1）在重症患者中评价剪切波弹性成像技术测量肾脏皮质弹性模量值的可行性、重复性和一致性； （2）评价肾脏皮质弹性模量值与AKI的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To evaluate the feasibility, reliability, and repeatability of shear wave elastography in measuring renal cortical shear modulus in critically ill patients (2) To evaluate the correlation between the value of renal cortex shear modulus and AKI.

纳入标准：

第一部分和第二部分研究
（1） 入住ICU的重症患者
（2） APACHE II评分≥8分；
（3） 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Part I and Part II Research
(1) Critically ill patients admitted to ICU
(2) APACHE II score ≥8 points;
(3) Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

第一部分研究
（1）年龄<18岁
（2）孕妇
（3）既往存在任何慢性肾脏疾病病史
（4）由肾后阻塞引起的AKI
（5）因患者个体因素或体位限制不能进行超声检查的患者
（6）BMI >30 kg/m2
（7）肾脏深度>8cm
（8）传统肾脏超声检查显示肾脏结构异常
第二部分研究
（1）年龄<18岁
（2）孕妇
（3）既往存在任何慢性肾脏疾病病史
（4）由肾后阻塞引起的AKI
（5）因患者个体因素或体位限制不能进行超声检查的患者
（6）BMI >30 kg/m2
（7）肾脏深度>8cm
（8）传统肾脏超声检查显示肾脏结构异常
（9）平均动脉压<65mmHg或>100mmHg，或去甲肾上腺素或肾上腺素使用量>1ug/kg.min
（10）腹内压明显升高（≥12mmHg）

Exclusion criteria：

Part I Research
(1) Age <18 years old
(2) Pregnant women
(3) Any previous history of chronic kidney disease
(4) AKI caused by obstructive factors
(5) Patients who cannot undergo ultrasonography due to individual patient factors or body position constraints
(6) BMI >30 kg/m2
(7) Those with a renal cortex to skin surface depth of more than 8 cm
(8) And structurally normal kidneys on traditional renal ultrasound

Part II Research
(1) Age <18 years old
(2) Pregnant women
(3) Any previous history of chronic kidney disease
(4) AKI caused by obstructive factors
(5) Patients who cannot undergo ultrasonography due to individual patient factors or body position constraints
(6) BMI >30 kg/m2
(7) Those with a renal cortex to skin surface depth of more than 8 cm
(8) And structurally normal kidneys on traditional renal ultrasound
(9) Mean arterial pressure <65mmHg or >100mmHg,or norepinephrine or epinephrine usage > 1ug/kg.min
(10) Internal pressure increase significantly (≥12mmHg)
