研究目的：

观察同种异体血管置换术前后循环中群体反应性抗体变化，初步探索群体反应性抗体对异体血管置换术后远期预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the changes of circulating group reactive antibody before and after allogeneic vascular replacement, and to explore the effect of group reactive antibody on the long-term prognosis after allogeneic vascular replacement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄 18-75 岁，性别不限；（2）术前影像学检查提示腹腔重要静脉受侵或损伤；（3）术前评估无腹腔干、肠系膜上动脉等重要 动脉血管侵犯；（4）术前评估无肝脏、肺脏等远处脏器转移；（5）术前评 估无心肺等手术禁忌症；（6）PS 评分 0-2 份；（7）术前预计生存期在 6 个 月以上；（8）患者及家属同意本研究方案并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-75 years old, regardless of gender; (2) Preoperative imaging examination showed that important abdominal veins were invaded or damaged; (3) There was no invasion of celiac trunk, superior mesenteric artery and other important arteries before operation; (4) There was no distant organ metastasis such as liver and lung; (5) There were no contraindications such as cardiopulmonary surgery; (6) PS score 0-2 copies; (7) The estimated survival time before operation was more than 6 months; (8) The patients and their families agreed to the study protocol and signed the informed consent form;

排除标准：

（1）术中探查有远处转移而放弃根治性手术；（2）术 中探查有腹腔干、肠系膜上动脉等重要动脉血管侵犯而放弃根治性手术；（3） 术中评估无需使用同种异体静脉进行重建；（4）患者及家属拒绝本研究方案， 要求退出。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Radical operation was abandoned because of distant metastasis during operation; (2) Radical operation was abandoned due to the invasion of important arteries such as celiac trunk and superior mesenteric artery; (3) Intraoperative evaluation does not require the use of allogeneic vein reconstruction; (4) Patients and their families refused the study protocol and asked to withdraw.
