研究目的：

1.探究布托啡诺在下腹部手术中的安全性及有效性； 2.探索下腹部手术围术期使用布托啡诺的优势方案，包括剂量、时机、配伍、手术类型等对研究终点的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the safety and efficacy of butorphanol in lower abdominal surgery; 2. To explore the advantages of using butorphanol in the perioperative period of lower abdominal surgery, including the effects of dose, timing, compatibility, and type of surgery on the study endpoints.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-60周岁；
2.ASA分级I-II级；
3.体质指数BMI:18-25。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-60 years;
2. ASA classification I-II;
3. Body mass index: 18-25.

排除标准：

1.数据病例资料记录不全；
2.严重药物不良反应；
3.患者及家属家属中途要求退出；
4.术中循环不稳定，术后送往ICU者；
5.手术时长>6h。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete records of data and case data;
2. Serious adverse drug reactions;
3. Patients and their family members request to withdraw halfway;
4. Patients with unstable circulation during operation and sent to ICU after operation;
5. The operation time is more than 6h.
