在前期研究的基础上，构建结合焦点解决模式的叙事护理干预方案，通过临床应用，评价其对养老机构老年人心理调适的效果  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of the previous research, a solution focused narrative nursing mode is constructed, and its effect on the psychological adjustment of the elderly in nursing home is evaluated through clinical application

纳入标准：

（1）60岁及以上
（2）入住时间少于30个月
（3）具备沟通能力
（4）自愿参与本研究

Inclusion criteria

(1) 60 years old and above
(2) The time of living in nursing home is less than 30 months
(3) Have communication ability
(4) Voluntary participation in this study

排除标准：

（1）认知障碍（SPMSQ≥3分）
（2）正在服用抗焦虑或抑郁药物
（3）正在参与其他心理干预
（4）患有严重精神疾患

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Cognitive impairment (SPMSQ ≥ 3 points)

(2) Taking anti anxiety or depression drugs

(3) Participating in other psychological interventions

(4) Suffering from serious mental illness

本研究使用整群随机对照设计，由非课题组的一名科研助理对养老机构进行随机分组。研究助理、干预实施者与资料分析者均不知道样本的分组。经过提前联系福州市养老机构，对愿意参与本研究的养老机构进行编号001,002...使用excel生成随机序列，并将这些随机数字分别装入按顺序编码、密封、不透光的信封中，随机抽取若干家为试验组与对照组。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由专门的资源收集员对数据进行测量和采集，资源收集者经过专门的问卷收集等相关培训，采用spss25.0进行双人录入数据与数据处理。
