研究目的：

本研究的目的是通过回顾性地比较接受完全腹腔镜胃切除术的患者的术后生活质量，来研究胃切除术的程度对胃癌患者的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the extent of gastrectomy on patients with gastric cancer by retrospectively comparing the postoperative QOL of patients undergoing totally laparoscopic gastrectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)经病理诊断为胃癌，pTNMⅠ或Ⅱ期的患者，经R0切除，D1+D2淋巴腺切除；(2)接受TLPG与双道(DT)重建或TLTG与Roux-en-Y(RY)重建者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients diagnosed pathologically as gastric cancer with pTNM stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ after R0 resection with D1 + D2 lymphadenectomy; (2) those underwent TLPG with double-tract (DT) reconstruction or TLTG with Roux-en-Y (RY) reconstruction;

排除标准：

临床资料不完整者
