研究目的：

通过本项目研究为补肾助孕方增加子宫内膜厚度改善子宫内膜容受性、提高妊娠率、降低流产率提供高质量的临床循证医学证据，传承名医经验，建立可推广应用的治疗药物或干预方案，促进新药研发，突出中医妇科学特色优势，促进女性生殖健康。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the research of this project, we can provide high-quality clinical evidence-based medical evidence for Bushen Zhuyun Recipe to increase endometrial thickness, improve endometrial receptivity, increase pregnancy rate, and reduce abortion rate, inherit the experience of famous doctors, and establish popularized and applied therapeutic drugs Or intervention programs to promote the research and development of new drugs, highlight the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology, and promote female reproductive health.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)符合复发性流产诊断标准。
(2)符合薄型子宫内膜诊断标准。
(3)符合中医辨证为肾脾两虚证者。
(4)年龄在22-45岁。
(5)月经周期规律。
(6)自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for recurrent miscarriage.
(2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for thin endometrium.
(3) Those who are in line with TCM syndrome differentiation as kidney and spleen deficiency syndrome.
(4) Aged 22-45 years old.
(5) The regularity of the menstrual cycle.
(6) Voluntarily sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)不符合纳入标准
(2)三维B超或宫腔镜检查发现宫腔粘连
(3)服用影响子宫内膜厚度的其他药物。
(4)有子宫肌瘤或生殖道畸形。
(5)自身免疫型抗体异常、染色体异常等因素。
(6)有其他系统心、肝、肾等严重疾患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Does not meet the inclusion criteria
(2) Three-dimensional B-ultrasound or hysteroscopy found intrauterine adhesions
(3) Taking other drugs that affect endometrial thickness.
(4) have uterine fibroids or reproductive tract malformations.
(5) Abnormal autoimmune antibodies, chromosomal abnormalities and other factors.
(6) Patients with other systemic heart, liver, kidney and other serious diseases.
