研究目的：

探讨运动干预以及不同运动处方模式对乳腺癌幸存者身、心健康的改善效果，以提出适合乳腺癌幸存者的运动康复最佳介入时机、特殊群体运动处方制订方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of exercise intervention and different exercise prescription patterns on physical and mental health of breast cancer survivors, and to put forward the best intervention time of exercise rehabilitation for breast cancer survivors and the formulation method of exercise prescription for special groups.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①确诊为乳腺癌的患者。
②确诊癌症为原位癌，非浸润性癌症。未发生骨转移、淋巴转移等转移性癌症。
③受试者将接受术后辅助治疗。
④年龄大于18岁。
⑤无运动禁忌症

Inclusion criteria

① Patients diagnosed with breast cancer.
② The cancer was diagnosed as carcinoma in situ, non-invasive cancer. No metastatic cancers such as bone metastasis and lymphatic metastasis occurred.
③ The subjects will receive postoperative adjuvant therapy.
④ They are older than 18 years old.
⑤ No exercise contraindications

排除标准：

①不符合纳入标准。
②患有已知结构性心脏病。
③存在任何严重的禁忌症或不受控制的疾病。
④认知功能障碍

Exclusion criteria：

① Does not meet the inclusion criteria.
② Have known structural heart disease.
③ Presence of any serious contraindications or uncontrolled diseases.
④ Cognitive dysfunction
