研究目的：

观察并比较HSK上皮型不同病变时期角膜神经形态学特点，结合角膜敏感度检测，分析不同时期角膜神经形态与角膜敏感度的相关性，为临床诊疗提供数据参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe and compare the corneal neuromorphological characteristics of HSK epithelial type in different lesions, and to analyze the correlation between corneal neuromorphism and corneal sensitivity at different stages, in combination with corneal sensitivity detection, to provide data reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.临床诊断HSK上皮型
b.年龄＞18岁
c.角膜基质透明

Inclusion criteria

a. Clinical diagnosis of HSK epithelial type
b. Age > 18 years old
c. The corneal stroma is transparent

排除标准：

a.合并其他角膜疾病 b.合并青光眼且眼压控制欠佳 c.长期配戴角膜接触镜 d.眼外伤病史 e.角膜屈光手术史 f.长期使用滴眼液或眼膏
g.自身免疫性疾病史(如干燥综合征、类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎等) h.临床诊断糖尿病 i.既往颅脑神经损伤术后

Exclusion criteria：

a. Combined with other corneal diseases b. Combined with glaucoma and poor intraocular pressure control c. Long-term wearing of corneal contact lenses d. History of eye trauma e. History of corneal refractive surgery f. Long-term use of eye drops or ointment g. Autoimmunity history of sexually transmitted diseases
