研究目的：

比较不同运动方案对久坐糖尿病老年患者心血管危险因素、体质、生物标志物、心肺功能等影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of different exercise programs on cardiovascular risk factors, physical fitness, biomarkers, and cardiopulmonary function in sedentary elderly patients with diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）久坐人群标准；2）符合糖尿病标准诊断且被诊断为T2DM，日常有规律口服降糖药物治疗的患者; 3)在开始运动前6个月内，没有定期锻炼的习惯; 4）意识清晰，自愿进行运动干预;5）稳定的血压控制;6）无明显头晕等跌倒因素;7）签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Criteria for sedentary people; 2) Diabetic patients are diagnosed with T2DM and are treated with hypoglycemic drugs with body temperature standard every day; 3) No regular exercise habit within 6 months before starting exercise; 4) Consciousness, Self-selected book control; 5) stable blood sugar control; 6) no obvious fall factors such as dizziness; 7) advance informed consent.

排除标准：

1）骨科等疾病会影响患者身体活动；2）具有认知功能障碍；4）严重合并症或并发症，如心力衰竭、自主神经病变和近期中风；5）存在跌倒风险；6）癌症病史；7）终末期肾病透析。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Orthopedics and other diseases will affect the patient's physical activity; 2) Cognitive dysfunction; 4) Serious comorbidities or complications, such as heart failure, autonomic neuropathy, and recent stroke; 5) There is a risk of falls; 6) History of cancer; 7) End-stage renal disease dialysis and other medical diseases.
