通过回顾性收集患者服用普瑞巴林胶囊期间的病历信息，分析普瑞巴林胶囊在真实世界中应用的疾病分布特征、用药人群特征及联合治疗方案，评价其对疾病治疗的有效性及安全性，指导临床合理用药。  

Objectives of Study：

By retrospectively collecting the medical records of patients taking pregabalin capsules in the real world, analyzing the disease distribution characteristics, population characteristics and combined drug regimen, evaluating the efficacy and safety of pregabalin capsules, and guiding clinical rational drug use.

纳入标准：

1.2016年05月01日至2021年05月01日处方开具普瑞巴林胶囊，初诊伴或不伴复诊记录的病例；
2.性别、年龄不限。

Inclusion criteria

1.From May 1, 2016 to May 1, 2021, patients who were prescribed pregabalin capsules with or without follow-up records;
2.Gender and age were not limited.
