研究目的：

本研究拟联合微生物组学、代谢组学、分子生物学及生物信息学技术，从多角度、多层次整合分析胃部菌落结构变化及幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori, H.pylori）分子进化在胃溃疡发生中的作用，重新认识H.pylori，并为临床治疗胃溃疡提供新的思路和治疗靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to combine the technologies of microbiomics, metabonomics, molecular biology and bioinformatics to analyze the changes of gastric bacterial colony structure and the role of Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) molecular evolution in the occurrence of gastric ulcer from multiple perspectives and levels, so as to re recognize H.pylori and provide new ideas and therapeutic targets for clinical treatment of gastric ulcer.

纳入标准：

胃镜诊断为胃溃疡或慢性胃炎并曾行病理活检的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with gastroscopic diagnosis of gastric ulcer or chronic gastritis and pathological biopsy

排除标准：

排除消化道肿瘤、消化道手术史、消化道出血、消化道梗阻的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with gastrointestinal tumor, history of gastrointestinal surgery, gastrointestinal bleeding and gastrointestinal obstruction were excluded.
