研究目的：

探寻并验证急性呼吸窘迫征患者机械通气期间最适血氧分压区间。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore and verify the optimal blood oxygen partial pressure range during mechanical ventilation in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞16岁。
2.符合ARDS诊断标准。
3.ICU入住时长≥48小时。
4.机械通气时间≥48小时。
5.如一次住院多次入住ICU，则取第一次入住ICU的记录。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged > 16 years.
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ARDS.
3. The length of stay in the ICU is more than 48 hours.
4. Mechanical ventilation time >= 48 hours.
5. If you are admitted to the ICU for multiple times in one hospitalization, the record of the first admission to the ICU will be taken.

排除标准：

1.机械通气期间未行血气分析。
2.与研究相关的重要数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. No blood gas analysis was performed during mechanical ventilation.
2. Important data relevant to the study are missing.
