Objectives of Study：

The influence of pterygium on corneal biomechanical properties

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）单眼鼻侧单纯翼状胬肉患者，且未发生翼状胬肉前双眼视力相近（2）翼状胬肉头端侵入角膜约3-3.5mm，且透过胬肉组织部分能透见巩膜血管，翼状胬肉覆盖角巩膜缘的范围为1/8-1/7角膜周长（3）未对翼状胬肉进行任何治疗措施

Inclusion criteria

（1）Patients with simple pterygium in one eye and on the nasal side had similar visual acuity before pterygium (2) pterygium head invaded the cornea about 3-3.5mm, and the scleral vessels could be seen through the tissue part of pterygium, and the scope of pterygium covering the margin of the cornea was 1/8-1/7 (3) pterygium was not treated

排除标准：

（1）圆锥角膜及亚临床圆锥角膜患者（2）角膜炎、角膜变性、青光眼、高度近视或远视，及眼底疾病（3）双眼既往眼部外伤或手术史（4）严重全身系统性疾病及传染病

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with keratoconus and subclinical keratoconus (2) keratitis, corneal degeneration, glaucoma, high myopia or hyperopia, and fundus diseases (3) previous ocular trauma or surgical history of both eyes (4) severe systemic diseases and infectious diseases
