研究目的：

主要目的：根据前期研究成果、临床观察及名家经验拟定麦粒灸治疗方案，通过临床随机对照试验，深入观察并验证麦粒灸疗法对乙肝肝硬化腹水的临床效果和安全性，探索形成治疗乙肝肝硬化腹水的新方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: according to the previous research results, clinical observations and experience of famous experts to formulate a treatment plan of wheat grain moxibustion, through clinical randomized controlled trials, in-depth observation and verification of the clinical effect and safety of wheat grain moxibustion therapy on hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites, to explore the formation of treatment for hepatitis B A new protocol for cirrhotic ascites.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合乙肝肝硬化腹水西医诊断标准者；
2.年龄18~75岁者，男女不限；
3.患者自愿参加本项研究，签署知情同意书；
4.意识清晰、能表达主观不适症状者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for hepatitis B cirrhosis and ascites;
2.Aged 18 to 75 years, male or female;
3.Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent;
4.Clear consciousness, can express subjective discomfort symptoms.

排除标准：

1.精神病患者；
2.合并心力衰竭、呼吸衰竭、严重肾功能不全及合并其他严重感染性疾病者；
3.有严重出血倾向者；
4.孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
5.正在进行其他临床研究者或研究者认为不适合参加研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Psychopath;
2.Combined with heart failure, respiratory failure, severe renal insufficiency and other serious infectious diseases;
3.Patients with severe bleeding tendency;
4.Pregnant women and lactating women;
5.Other clinical investigators or other conditions that the investigator considers unsuitable to participate in the study.
