研究目的：

主要目的：基于心肺运动试验构建急性心肌梗死远期预后风险模型，通过心脏康复降低急性心肌梗死后的复发率和死亡率。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: The long-term prognostic risk model of acute myocardial infarction is constructed based on the cardiopulmonary exercise test, and the recurrence rate and mortality after acute myocardial infarction are reduced through cardiac rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.男女不限；
2.年龄大于18岁；
3.急性心肌梗死（发病小于1月）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Men and women are not limited;
2. Aged over 18 years old;
3. Acute myocardial infarction (onset less than 1 month).

排除标准：

1.急性心梗2天内 ；
2.未控制的不稳定心绞痛；
3.未控制的心律失常或心衰 ；
4.严重的主动脉缩窄及降主动脉瘤；
5.急性肺栓塞，深静脉血栓，心内膜炎，心包炎，心肌炎，主动脉夹层，肺水肿；
6.甲状腺中毒；
7.肾衰竭；
8.急性感染或急性发热性疾病；
9.其它影响测试的身体功能障碍（残疾人不能胜任运动试验或有安全隐患） 。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Within 2 days of acute myocardial infarction;
2. Uncontrolled unstable angina;
3. Uncontrolled arrhythmia or heart failure;
4. Severe aortic coarctation and descending aortic aneurysm;
5. Acute pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis, endocarditis, pericarditis, myocarditis, aortic dissection, pulmonary edema;
6. Thyroid poisoning;
7. Kidney failure;
8. Acute infection or acute febrile disease;
9. Other physical dysfunctions that affect the test (disabled persons are not competent for exercise tests or have safety hazards).
