探讨以病毒性脑炎脑膜炎（如单纯疱疹、麻疹、腮腺炎、乙脑、发热伴血小板减少综合征、流行性感冒、肠道病毒，或病原学未能明确的病毒性脑炎脑膜炎等）、新型隐球菌、结核分枝杆菌、布鲁氏菌等感染导致的“脑炎、脑膜炎症候群”疾病的中医证候学特征及病因病机，包括艾滋病特殊人群脑炎脑膜炎症候群的中医证候学特征及病因病机，以总结中西医结合诊疗经验。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome characteristics, etiology and pathogenesis of encephalitis and meningitis syndrome caused by viral encephalitis meningitis (such as herpes simplex, measles, mumps, epidemic encephalitis B, fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome, influenza, enterovirus, or viral encephalitis meningitis with unclear etiology), cryptococcus neoformans, mycobacterium tuberculosis, Brucella, etc., including that of people with AIDS, to summarize the experience of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment.

纳入标准：

脑炎脑膜炎症候群病例。脑炎脑膜炎症候群是一组具有脑炎和/或脑膜炎临床表现，异质性高，病因多样，以发热、头痛、意识障碍、瘫痪、癫痫发作、认知功能损伤等为主要临床表现的临床综合征。

Inclusion criteria

Encephalitis and meningitis syndrome is a clinical syndrome with a group of clinical manifestations of encephalitis and / or meningitis, high heterogeneity, diverse causes, and mainly manifested with fever, headache, disturbance of consciousness, paralysis, seizures, cognitive impairment, etc.

排除标准：

脑血管疾病;
颅内占位性病变;
精神病患者;
因各种因素而影响资料收集者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cerebrovascular disease;
2. Intracranial space-occupying lesions;
3. Mentally ill patients;
4. Affecting data collection due to various factors.
