基于病案首页及住院病历对患者诊断、临床特征等进行提取分析。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail： The patient diagnosis and clinical features were extracted and analyzed based on the medical record home page and the hospitalized medical record. 

纳入标准：

脑炎脑膜炎症候群病例。脑炎脑膜炎症候群是一组具有脑炎和/或脑膜炎临床表现，异质性高，病因多样，以发热、头痛、意识障碍、瘫痪、癫痫发作、认知功能损伤等为主要临床表现的临床综合征。

Inclusion criteria

Cases of encephalitis and meningitis syndrome. Encephalitis and meningitis syndrome is a clinical syndrome with a group of clinical manifestations of encephalitis and / or meningitis, high heterogeneity, diverse causes, and mainly manifested with fever, headache, disturbance of consciousness, paralysis, seizures, cognitive impairment, etc.

排除标准：

1.脑血管疾病
2.颅内占位性病变
3.精神病患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cerebrovascular disease;
2. Intracranial space-occupying lesions;
3. Mentally ill patients.
