研究目的：

主要目的：在前期研究的基础上，拟构建一组较高成功率的鼻肠管置管技术，及准确性和简便性均较高的鼻肠管床旁定位技术，使重症患者经小肠喂养得以实现、肺炎发生率和死亡率下降、ICU停留时间缩短，促进重症患者康复，改善患者预后，提高人民健康水平，为健康中国战略目标的实现贡献力量。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: On the basis of previous studies, this study intends to build a set of high technical success rate of nasal bowel loops, and has a high accuracy and simplicity of nasal bowel positioning technology by the bed, make the patients with severe intestinal feeding implemented, the incidence of pneumonia and mortality decline, ICU stay time, promote intensive rehabilitation patients, improve the prognosis of patients, improve the level of the people's health, Contribute to the realization of the strategic goal of healthy China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.置管时间为工作日的白天（08:00-17:00）；
3.误吸风险≥26分；
4.患者或亲属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old;
2. The tube placement time is during the day on working days (08:00-17:00);
3. Aspiration risk >= 26 points;
4. Patients or relatives signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.血流动力学不稳定：平均动脉压﹤60mmHg；
2.胃肠功能解剖或生理障碍不能肠内营养：包括肠缺血或梗阻、消化道穿孔或瘘、腹腔间隔室综合征、活动性上消化道出血；
3.其他不宜肠内营养的情况：如拟行肠镜检查或肠道手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hemodynamic instability: mean arterial pressure <60mmHg;
2. Gastrointestinal function anatomy or physiological disorder cannot enteral nutrition: including intestinal ischemia or obstruction, gastrointestinal perforation or fistula, abdominal compartment syndrome, active upper gastrointestinal bleeding;
3. Other situations that are not suitable for enteral nutrition: such as colonoscopy or intestinal surgery.
