研究目的：

新近研究发现阿卡波糖可改变肠道菌群，如增加粪便中绝对厌氧菌、肠道段链脂肪酸、丁酸的含量，减低粪便pH值。本研究将研究2型糖尿病病人口服阿卡波糖后肠道菌群的变化，同时研究这种变化是否伴随机体慢性炎症、氧化应激状态的改变。  

Objectives of Study：

Some studies found acarbose had effect on gastrointestinal microbiota, eg, increasing anaerobe, fecal short-chain fatty acids and butyrate, decreasing fecal pH. The study will be conducted to determine whether acarbose has the effect on gastrointestinal microbiota in T2DM. Furthermore, we will study the effect of acarbose on chronic inflammatory factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

阿卡波糖 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

acarbose 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18岁。
2. 入组前3个月内未服用阿卡波糖者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Males or females >= 18 years;
2. Hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes who had been not treated with acarbose before enrollment.

排除标准：

1. 入组前3个月内服用或正在服用阿卡波糖者；
2. 患有肠道疾病者；
3. 所有1型或可疑1型糖尿病及自身免疫疾病者；
4. 急性感染；
5. 中、重度肝肾疾病（ALT?2.5倍正常值，Ccr<25ml/min）；
6. 以往对OAD过敏者；
7. 所有可导致肠道产气增加情况：Roemheld综合征、疝气、肠道梗阻或溃疡等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Already on acarbose before hospitalization;
2. Gastrointestinal disorders;
3. LADA and other autoimmunity disease;
4. Acute infections;
5. Moderate to severe liver, kidney dysfunction, ie ALT/AST > 2.5 times upper limit of the normal range or Ccr<25ml/min;
6. Previously allergic reaction to any of the ingredients;
7. Any condition where increased gas in the intestine may make it worse,such as Roemheld syndrome, large hernia, intestinal obstruction and intestinal ulcer.
