主要目的：观察益生菌对NAFLD患者肠道菌群构成及功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: study the probiotics influences on gut microbiotas composition and function of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver diseas (NAFLD).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.超声证实脂肪肝；
2.年龄20-60岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.Ultrasound confirmed fatty liver;
2.Aged 20 to 60 years.

排除标准：

1.酒精性等病因引起的脂肪肝；
2.妊娠及合并心、肝、肺、肾、脑血管、内分泌等原发疾病；
3.精神病患者；
4.过敏体质及多种药物过敏者；
5.明显的肝损伤(血清转氨酶>正常值上限2倍）；
6.近3个月服用抗生素者；
7.药物治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Fatty liver caused by alcohol and other causes;
2.Pregnancy and combined heart, liver, lung, kidney, cerebrovascular, endocrine and other primary diseases;
3.Mental patients;
4.People with allergic constitution and multiple drug allergies;
5.Obvious liver damage (serum transaminase > 2 times the upper limit of normal);
6.Patients who have taken antibiotics in the past 3 months;
7.Drug-treated patients.
