了解不同情况下无症状肾结石患者远期预后及发生结石相关不良事件的影响因素  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the long-term prognosis of asymptomatic kidney stones in different situations and the influencing factors of the occurrence of stone-related adverse events

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

经超声或CT确认为肾结石的患者；患者确诊时无肾结石的临床症状；随访时间大于6个月。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with kidney stones confirmed by ultrasound or CT; no clinical symptoms of kidney stones at the time of diagnosis; follow-up time is greater than 6 months.

排除标准：

并发输尿管结石；孤立肾、肾盂输尿管狭窄等解剖异常；前次治疗后残余结石。

Exclusion criteria：

Complicated with ureteral stones; anatomical abnormalities such as solitary kidney and renal pelvic ureteral stenosis; residual stones after the previous treatment.
