研究目的：

1.探讨综合营养管理对GDM患者血糖和体重的影响 2.探讨综合营养管理对GDM患者妊娠结局的影响  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the effect of comprehensive nutrition management on blood glucose and body weight of GDM patients 2.To investigate the effect of comprehensive nutrition management on pregnancy outcome of GDM patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄24~40岁；
（2）患者确诊为GDM，与美国糖尿病学会指南推荐的GDM诊断标准相符，即空腹、服糖后1小时、2小时血糖，分别定为5.1mmol/L、10.0mmol/L、8.5 mmol/L，一项或以上达到或超过界值即诊断为GDM；
（3）单胎、自愿接受管理、配合度高；
（4）自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age from 24 to 40;
(2) The patient was diagnosed with GDM, which was consistent with the diagnostic criteria of GDM recommended by the Guidelines of the American Diabetes Association, that is, the fasting blood glucose ,1 hour and 2 hours after taking glucose were 5.1mmol/L, 10.0mmol/L and 8.5 mmol/L respectively. If one or more of them reached or exceeded the threshold, the patient was diagnosed with GDM.
(3) Single child, willing to accept management, high degree of cooperation;
(4) Voluntarily sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠前存在血糖异常病史者；
（2）严重肺、肝、肾等疾病者；
（3）严重甲状腺功能疾病，治疗困难者；
（4）精神疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with a history of abnormal blood glucose before pregnancy;
(2) patients with serious lung, liver, kidney and other diseases;
(3) patients with severe thyroid disease and difficulty in treatment;
(4) Mentally ill persons.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，采用Epidata数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对，期间若发现问题及时通知监查员，要求研究者做出回答。 数据管理：当所有病例报告表经双份输入并核对无误后，数据库将被锁定。所有原始档案应按相应规定内的期限保存。
