研究目的：

本课题采用单中心、单盲、随机对照的研究方法，通过横向对比铍针与干针对慢性机械性颈痛在治疗后的短期（治疗后3周）和中期（治疗后15周）疗效的差异，评估哪种治疗方案对慢性机械性颈痛患者在治疗后疼痛的缓解及颈椎活动范围的疗效更优。得出可靠循证医学证据。以期更好的制定有效、且规范化的治疗措施，更好的为广大临床医师及患者提供最优的治疗建议。  

Objectives of Study：

This subject adopts single center, single blind, randomized controlled study method, through the lateral comparison Stiletto needling with Dry needling chronic mechanical neck pain after treatment for short (3 weeks after treatment) and medium (15 weeks after the treatment) of the difference of curative effect, assessment of what kind of treatment for chronic mechanical neck pain relief after treatment in patients with neck pain and cervical range of curative effect is better. To produce reliable evidence-based medical evidence. In order to better formulate effective and standardized treatment measures, better for the majority of clinicians and patients to provide optimal treatment suggestions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18-55岁之间的男性或女性；
2.至少有一个方向以上的主动或被动颈部运动受限；
3.颈部疼痛症状持续超过3个月；
4.NRS评分≥4 ；

Inclusion criteria

1.Male or female between the ages of 18 and 55;

2. Active or passive neck movement is limited in at least one direction;

3. Symptoms of neck pain lasting more than 3 months;

4.NRS score ≥4;

排除标准：

1.怀孕或哺乳期的妇女；
2.患有恶性肿瘤、心力衰竭等严重基础疾病；
3.针灸不耐受（晕针等严重并发症）；
4.创伤或颈椎术后引起的慢性颈痛患者；
5.颈痛伴有神经根症状；
6.近2周内接受过针刺及推拿等保守治疗；
7.近1周服用过止痛药、肌肉松弛药、精神药物或抗炎药等；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or breast-feeding women;

2. Suffering from serious underlying diseases such as malignant tumor and heart failure;

3. Acupuncture intolerance (severe complications such as needlesickness);

4. Patients with chronic neck pain caused by trauma or cervical spine surgery;

5. Neck pain accompanied by nerve root symptoms;

6. Received conservative treatment such as acupuncture and massage in the past 2 weeks;

7. Have taken painkillers, muscle relaxants, psychotropic drugs or anti-inflammatory drugs in the past 1 week;
