回顾性研究牙龈内陷的风险因素；并探究不同的拔牙窝处理方法及软组织增量术对牙龈内陷发生的影响，揭示牙龈内陷的发生机制以及影响因素，为临床预防牙龈内陷发生、提升拔牙矫治效率提供理论依据和新策略  

Objectives of Study：

Retrospectively study the risk factors of inverted gums, and explore the effects of different extraction methods and soft tissue augmentation on the occurrence of inverted gums, reveal the occurrence mechanism and influencing factors of inverted gums, and provide theoretical basis and new strategies for clinical prevention of inverted gums and improve the efficiency of tooth extraction orthodontics

纳入标准：

前期回顾性研究数据通过统计学判别分析得出的判别函数（牙龈内陷阴性组：Y=3.683X1+0.984X2-1.968；牙龈内陷阳性组：Y=1.150X1+1.044X2-1.144；X1为患者颊侧骨质在釉牙骨质界下4mm处的厚度，厚度的赋值为0=骨质厚度小于1mm、1=骨质厚度大于1mm；X2为患者垂直骨面型，其赋值为：0=均角、1=低角、2=高角。）将患者的临床数据带入两个判别函数，得出结果，两个Y值相比较，患者在牙龈内陷阳性组的判别函数Y值高者则纳入实验。

Inclusion criteria

The discriminant function obtained by statistical discriminant analysis of the previous retrospective study data (gingival inverted negative group: Y=3.683X1+0.984X2-1.968; positive group of gingival inverted: Y=1.150X1+1.044X2-1.144; X1 is the thickness of the patient's buccal bone at 4 mm below the enamel bone boundary, and the thickness is assigned 0=bone thickness less than 1 mm, 1=bone thickness is greater than 1 mm; X2 is the patient's vertical bone face type, which is assigned: 0=average angle, 1= Low angle, 2 = high angle. The patient's clinical data was brought into two discriminant functions, and the results were obtained, and the two Y values were compared, and the patients with high discriminant function Y values in the positive group of inverted gums were included in the experiment.

排除标准：

1）吸烟；2）怀孕、哺乳期及计划怀孕者；3）长期服用非甾体类抗炎药、双磷酸盐、皮质类固醇、四环素、免疫抑制剂等影响骨代谢或骨愈合的药物；4）头颈部放疗史；5）下颌第一前磨牙相邻牙齿明显错位和扭转者；6）严重牙周炎患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Smoking; 2) Pregnant, lactating and planning to become pregnant; 3) Long-term use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, bisphosphates, corticosteroids, tetracyclines, immunosuppressants and other drugs that affect bone metabolism or bone healing; 4) history of head and neck radiotherapy; 5) those who have obvious misalignment and twists of the adjacent teeth adjacent to the first anterior molar of the lower jaw; 6) patients with severe periodontitis.
