研究目的：

观察α-硫辛酸对精索静脉曲张（Varicocele, VC）相关性男性不育症患者精子质量的影响，探索VC相关性男性不育症应用抗氧化剂治疗方案的意义，验证α-硫辛酸在VC相关性男性不育症中应用的临床疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Observation α- To explore the effect of lipoic acid on sperm quality of male infertility patients associated with varicocele (VC), and to explore the significance of antioxidant treatment for VC related male infertility α- Clinical efficacy and safety of lipoic acid in VC related male infertility.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄23-50岁男性不育患者。
(2)精液质量异常。
(3)女方生育能力正常，或虽患有引起不孕相关疾病，但可能治愈。
(4)原发性精索静脉曲张，体格检查精索静脉曲张II度(可在站立位置触及)或III度(无触诊可见)，彩色多普勒超声测量平静呼吸精索静脉直径(DR)≥2.8mm，在Valsalva动作期间，血液回流持续时间(TR)≥4秒。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Male infertility patients aged 23-50 years.
(2) Abnormal semen quality.
(3) The woman's fertility is normal, or although she suffers from infertility related diseases, she may be cured.
(4) Primary varicocele, physical examination, varicocele II degree (accessible in standing position) or III degree (no palpation visible), color Doppler ultrasound measurement of calm breathing varicocele diameter (DR) ≥ 2.8mm, and blood reflux duration (TR) ≥ 4 seconds during Valsalva action.

排除标准：

(1)垂体或睾丸、附睾、输精管器质性疾病者。
(2)无精子症或染色体异常者。
(3)有输精管道手术史或不能排除的精道梗阻者。
(4)生殖系统感染者。
(5)严重勃起功能障碍或射精障碍者。
(6)继发性精索静脉曲张者。
(7)曾接受过VC手术者。
(8)腹腔感染及盆腔开放手术病史导致广泛粘连者。
(9)肿瘤、糖尿病病史或合并有严重心、肝、肾、造血系统疾病者。
(10)严重精神心理疾病患者。
(11)正同时参加其它临床试验或近3个月使用过改善精子质量或对VC有影响的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Organic diseases of pituitary or testis, epididymis and vas deferens.
(2) Azoospermia or chromosome abnormality.
(3) Those who have a history of vas deferens surgery or can not be ruled out of seminal duct obstruction.
(4) Reproductive system infection.
(5) Severe erectile dysfunction or ejaculation disorder.
(6) Secondary varicocele.
(7) Those who have received VC surgery.
(8) Abdominal infection and pelvic open surgery lead to extensive adhesion.
(9) a history of cancer, diabetes or serious heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases.
(10) Patients with severe mental illness.
(11) He is also participating in other clinical trials or has used drugs to improve sperm quality or affect VC in recent 3 months.
