研究目的：

1.分析2型糖尿病患者术前用药与术后结局之间的相关性； 2.为优化临床上2型糖尿病患者择期大手术术前评估标准及用药原则，降低其死亡率及并发症发生率提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the correlation between preoperative medication and postoperative outcomes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus; 2. To provide a basis for optimizing the preoperative evaluation standards and medication principles for elective major surgery in patients with type 2 diabetes, and to reduce their mortality and complication rates.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

手术时间大于2小时的成年2型糖尿病患者，具体手术类型包括：心胸外科手术，普外科手术（肝、胆道、胃、结直肠、脾等），泌尿外科手术（肾、膀胱、前列腺、输尿管等），妇产科手术（子宫、卵巢等），五官科手术（喉癌、口腔外科创伤较大手术等），骨科手术（全髋、膝关节置换，脊柱等）。

Inclusion criteria

Adult patients with type 2 diabetes who have an operation time of more than 2 hours, the specific types of operations include: cardiothoracic surgery, general surgery (liver, biliary tract, stomach, colorectum, spleen, etc.), urological surgery (kidney, bladder, prostate, ureter, etc.), obstetrics and gynecology surgery (uterus, ovary, etc.), orthopaedic surgery (throat cancer, oral surgery with major trauma, etc.), orthopedic surgery (total hip, knee replacement, spine, etc.).

排除标准：

1.拒绝参加本试验的手术患者；
2.因精神心理因素无法配合完成访视的患者；
3.合并由二甲双胍禁忌证的患者；
4.肾功能不全，肾小球滤过率低于30 ml/min的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Surgery patients who refused to participate in this trial;
2. Patients who are unable to cooperate with the completion of the visit due to mental and psychological factors;
3. Patients with contraindications to metformin;
4. Patients with renal insufficiency and glomerular filtration rate less than 30 ml/min.
