探讨环境温度对中国健康成人早期健康结局的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effect of ambient temperature on early health outcomes in healthy Chinese adults

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18 岁，BMI<28.0 kg/m2；（2）身体健康，近一个月内无呼吸系统、循环系统、内分泌系统等疾病，近两周无服药史；（3）无吸烟、饮酒等不健康的生活方式，近一个月内无被动吸烟。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age ≥ 18 years and BMI < 28.0 kg/m2; (2) physical health, no respiratory, circulatory, or endocrine system diseases in the last month, and no history of medication in the last two weeks; (3) no unhealthy lifestyle such as smoking or drinking, and no passive smoking in the last month.

排除标准：

（1）在研究期间有不良的心肺症状或感染性疾病；（2）在研究期间有不健康的生活方式

Exclusion criteria：

(1) any preexisting cardiopulmonary adverse events or present febrile diseases during the study period; (2) having unhealthy lifestyles during the study period

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究对象的个人信息由经过培训的调查员按照统一制定的问卷进行面对面调查获得，并运用EpiData软件进行录入。研究对象的体格检查和实验室检验数据运用Microsoft Office Excel软件进行录入。

The personal information of the study subjects was obtained by face-to-face surveys conducted by trained investigators according to a uniformly developed questionnaire and entered using EpiData software.
