研究目的：

本研究旨在通过流式细胞术检测急性心肌梗死患者中参与炎症过程的单核细胞、巨噬细胞、T细胞、NKT细胞的数量以及CD47、sirpα、Tim-3、S100A4的表达水平，研究上述指标与MACE发生率之间的关系，探究AMI过程中炎症调节的机制，以期找到可以改善急性心肌梗死患者预后的新策略和潜在的治疗靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to detect the number of monocytes, macrophages, T cells and NKT cells involved in the inflammatory process and the expression levels of CD47, SiRP α, TIM-3 and S100A4 in patients with acute myocardial infarction by flow cytometry, to study the relationship between the above indicators and the incidence of MACE, and to explore the mechanism of inflammation regulation during AMI. To find new strategies and potential therapeutic targets to improve the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction.

纳入标准：

根据指南诊断为AMI或CCS的患者分别入选AMI组或CCS组。健康人群是近期未诉特殊不适的人群，收集于体检中心，被纳入对照组。临床资料完整，随访资料真实有效。

Inclusion criteria

Patients were diagnosed with AMI or CCS according to the guidelines were separately enrolled as AMI or CCS group. Healthy people are those who have not complained of specific discomfort recently were enrolled as control group. The clinical data were complete and the follow-up data were true and valid.

排除标准：

严重心源性休克、严重肝肾功能障碍、严重出血性疾病、严重感染性疾病、严重呼吸系统疾病、血液系统疾病和颅脑疾病、恶性肿瘤、肺栓塞、室间隔穿孔、主动脉夹层患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe cardiogenic shock, severe hepatic and renal dysfunction, severe hemorrhagic disease, severe infectious disease, severe respiratory disease, blood system disease and craniocerebral disease, malignant tumor, pulmonary embolism, ventricular septal perforation, and aortic dissection were excluded.
