研究目的：

评估自由体位联合延迟屏气用力对硬膜外分娩镇痛初产妇的第二产程及母婴结局的影响。 评估自由体位联合延迟屏气用力对硬膜外分娩镇痛经产妇的产程及母婴结局的影响。 建立硬膜外分娩镇痛孕妇第二产程的个性化产房服务模式。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of free position combined with delayed breath holding force on the second stage of labor and maternal and infant outcomes of primiparas with epidural analgesia. To evaluate the effect of free body position combined with delayed breath-holding force on labor course and maternal and infant outcomes of epidural analgesia. To establish a personalized delivery room service model for epidural analgesia during the second stage of labor.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)已行硬膜外镇痛分娩的孕妇；(2)年龄20～35岁；(3)BMI 18.5～35 kg/m2；(4)单胎妊娠、头位、妊娠≥37周、非瘢痕子宫孕妇；(5)初产妇宫口开全，经产妇宫口开大6cm。

Inclusion criteria

(1) pregnant women who have undergone epidural analgesia delivery; (2) 20-35 years old; (3)BMI 18.5-35 kg/m2; (4) single pregnancy, cephalic pregnancy, ≥37 weeks of pregnancy, non-scar uterus; (5) The uterine orifice of primipara was completely opened, and the uterine orifice of parturient was 6cm larger.

排除标准：

(1)神经精神类疾病史；(2)高危妊娠(胎盘早剥、前置胎盘、子痫前期等)。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of neuropsychiatric diseases; (2) high-risk pregnancies (placental abruption, placenta previa, preeclampsia, etc.).
