研究目的：

口腔溃疡是常见的恶性血液病并发症，也是粒缺伴发热的常见原因。本研究拟通过对血液病患者发热伴口腔溃疡患者进行血液和口腔溃疡拭子标本进行宏基因组二代测序以及传统微生物，探索这类患者口腔溃疡以及发热的病原菌。  

Objectives of Study：

Oral ulcer is a common complication of hematologic malignancy and also a common cause of fever. This study intends to explore the pathogenic reason of oral ulcer and fever in patients with hematological diseases by conducting metagenomic next generation sequencing of blood and oral ulcer swab samples with traditional microbiological test.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18周岁；
2.已经确诊为血液病患者
3.发热同时伴有口腔溃疡。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥18ys;
2. Patients had been diagnosed with blood diseases.
3. Patients had fever accompanied by oral ulcers.

排除标准：

1.无法取得足量样本或者样本质量不合格；
2.HIV 患者；
3.重度牙周病患者；
4.孕妇患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Inability to obtain sufficient sample or unsatisfactory sample quality;
2.HIV patient;
3.The patient with severe periodontal disease;
4.Pregnant woman;
