研究目的：

通过阴道益生菌干预了解对子宫内膜炎宫腔微生物环境及妊娠的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of endometritis on the microbial environment of the uterine cavity and pregnancy by vaginal probiotics intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 入组的患者年龄在20-38岁之间，已婚，有规律的性生活，未避孕1年以上；
2. 没有慢性腹痛或腰骶部疼痛；
3. 未使用过阴道用药及益生菌制剂；
4. 其男性伴侣无可引起女性不孕的少、弱、畸、无精症。

Inclusion criteria

1. The enrolled patients were 20-38 years old, married, with regular sex, without contraception for more than 1 year;
2. No chronic abdominal pain or lumbosacral pain;
3. Have not used vaginal medicines and probiotics;
4. The male partner has no oligo, weakness, deformity, or azoospermia that can cause female infertility.

排除标准：

1. 其他宫腔病变：如宫腔粘连、黏膜下子宫肌瘤、子宫纵隔等子宫畸形；
2. 合并有子宫内膜异位症、卵巢肿瘤、输卵管积液；
3. 女性激素异常，有不明原因出血的患者；
4. 阴道白带检查有异常，如有细菌性阴道病、白色念珠菌感染、滴虫感染、支原体及衣原体感染的患者，或妇科检查有子宫和（或）附件压痛，怀疑有盆腔炎的患者；
5. 合并有严重心脑血管、肝、肾功能障碍疾病不宜进行IVF治疗或妊娠的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uterine lesions: such as uterine adhesion, intrauterine adhesion, submucosal uterine fibroids, uterine mediastinum and other uterine malformations;
2. Patients with endometriosis, ovarian tumor, fallopian tube fluid;
3. Female abnormal hormones, unexplained bleeding;
4. Abnormal vaginal leucorrhea examination, such as bacterial vaginosis, Candida albicans infection, worm infection, mycoplasma and chlamydia infection, or gynecological examination with uterine and (or) attachment tenderness, suspected pelvic inflammation;
5. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver and kidney dysfunction diseases are not suitable for IVF treatment or pregnancy.
