研究目的：

瑜珈是印度一种保持身心健康的传统方式，目前已在全球广为人知。瑜伽是姿势、呼吸系统和冥想的融合。我们将为大学生开展一项瑜伽干预计划，以探究（1）瑜伽对人脑的影响（2）一种新颖的Mano-Shakti瑜伽技术，用于干预学生的焦虑和抑郁。  

Objectives of Study：

Yoga is Indian traditional way to keep mind quiet and body healthy which is well known around globe at present. Yoga is fusion of postures, breathing system and Meditation. We will conduct a Yoga intervention program for University students to investigate (1)Effect of Yoga on human brain (2)A Novel Mano Shakti Yoga technique for and alternative treatment of Anxiety and Depression among students.
