研究目的：

1）建立儿童EBV-HLH队列，积累病例及样本资源。 2）筛选EBV-HLH分子标志物。 2）构建儿童EBV-HLH早期预警模型和重症化风险评估模型。 4）EBV-HLH儿童近远期健康管理。  

Objectives of Study：

1)Build up a cohort for pediatric Epstein-Barr virus-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis; accumulate research resources. 2)Development of biomarkers for Epstein-Barr virus-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. 3)Construction of early warning and severity evaluation model for Epstein-Barr virus-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. 4)Build up a health management platform for pediatric Epstein-Barr virus-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

EBV队列纳入标准：18周岁以下；EBV血清抗体检测结果或核酸载量提示为EBV急性感染或CAEBV
EBV-HLH队列纳入标准：18周岁以下；EBV血清抗体检测结果或核酸载量提示为EBV急性感染或CAEBV; 满足HLH-2004的HLH诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

EBV cohort: age ≤18 years old; Confirmed EBV acute infection or CAEBV through serological or EBDNA tests.
EBV-HLH cohort: age ≤18 years old; Confirmed EBV acute infection or CAEBV; meet the HLH-2004 diagnostic criteria.

排除标准：

EBV队列排除标准：EBV感染证据不充分。
EBV-HLH队列排除标准：EBV感染证据不充分；不满足HLH-2004的诊断标准，或诊断数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

EBV cohort: insufficient evidence for EBV infection.
EBV-HLH cohort: insufficient evidence for EBV infection; not fulfilled the HLH-2004 diagnostic criteria, or missing original diagnose record.
