研究目的：

观察不同病情程度的青光眼患者行白内障手术或青白联合术后视野的变化，比较白内障手术对于不同时期的青光眼患者的疗效，并评估晚期青光眼患者行白内障手术的治疗效果和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the changes in the visual field of glaucoma patients with different disease levels after cataract surgery or combined surgery, compare the curative effect of cataract surgery on glaucoma patients at different stages, and evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of cataract surgery in advanced glaucoma patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.受试者必须理解临床试验并自愿参加，同时签署知情同意书；
2.原发性青光眼诊断明确，并入院拟行白内障或青白联合手术；
3.有青光眼性视神经结构和视野改变；
4.年龄在25岁70岁之间。

Inclusion criteria

1.Subjects must understand the clinical trial and participate voluntarily, and sign an informed consent form at the same time;
2.The diagnosis of primary glaucoma is clear, and cataract or combined surgery is planned to be performed in the hospital;
3.Changes in the structure and visual field of the optic nerve due to glaucoma;
4.Between 25 and 70 years old.

排除标准：

1.急性青光眼发作，伴角膜水肿或视盘水肿；
2.合并眼部其他疾病（如角膜异常或感染、眼前段发育不良、慢性或复发性葡萄膜炎、视网膜中央静脉阻塞等）；
3.接受过眼底手术或眼底激光手术；
4.晶状体严重混浊；
5.患严重全身性疾病（如晚期心脏病、糖尿病、高血压、肾病、恶性肿瘤等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Acute glaucoma attacks, accompanied by corneal edema or optic disc edema;
2.Combined with other diseases of the eye (such as corneal abnormalities or infections, anterior segment dysplasia, chronic or recurrent uveitis, central retinal vein occlusion, etc.);
3.Have received fundus surgery or fundus laser surgery;
4.Severe lens opacity;
5.Suffering from serious systemic diseases (such as advanced heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, malignant tumors, etc.).
