研究目的：

对癫痫患儿父母实施基于时机理论的护理干预方案，以期提高癫痫患儿家庭抗逆力，改善癫痫患儿父母焦虑抑郁的心理状态。  

Objectives of Study：

To implement a nursing intervention plan based on timing theory for parents of children with epilepsy, in order to improve the family resilience of children with epilepsy and improve the psychological state of anxiety and depression of parents of children with epilepsy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患儿纳入标准：①年龄0-14岁；②依据2014年国际抗癫痫联盟癫痫诊断标准首次诊断为癫痫的患儿。
照顾者纳入标准：①为癫痫儿童父亲或母亲，承担照顾患儿的主要责任；②具备一定的书写能力，能够理解问卷与量表内容；③知情同意，愿意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for children: ①Age 0-14 years old; ②Children diagnosed with epilepsy for the first time according to the 2014 International League Against Epilepsy Diagnostic Criteria for Epilepsy.
Inclusion criteria for caregivers: ①Be the father or mother of children with epilepsy, and assume the main responsibility for caring for the children; ②Have certain writing skills and be able to understand the contents of the questionnaire and scale; ③Informed consent, willing to participate in this study.

排除标准：

患儿排除标准：①除癫痫外合并其他系统疾病，如心、肝、肾功能不全，白血病、糖尿病等；②患有严重的进行性脑内器质性疾病，如脑炎、肿瘤等。
主要照顾者排除标准：①单亲家庭；②身患残疾，如聋哑或视力障碍者；③近2年内有重大生活创伤事件者；④患有严重的心、肝、肾等器质性疾病或精神性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for children: ① In addition to epilepsy combined with other systemic diseases, such as heart, liver, renal insufficiency, leukemia, diabetes, etc.; ② suffering from severe progressive brain organic diseases, such as encephalitis, tumors, etc.
Exclusion criteria for primary caregivers: ① Single-parent family; ② People with disabilities, such as deaf or visually impaired; ③ People with major life trauma events in the past 2 years; ④ People with serious heart, liver, kidney and other organic diseases or mental illness.
