研究目的：

通过对比口腔清洁技术组与常规组的呼吸道菌群状况、术后VAP的发生率等，探究气管插管导致的菌群迁移现象，明确口腔清洁技术对全麻患者口腔卫生状况的改善疗效及术后肺部感染预防作用，为进一步在临床工作中推广这一简单、易行的技术提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the status of respiratory tract flora and the incidence of postoperative VAP between the oral cleaning technology group and the routine group, to explore the phenomenon of bacterial migration caused by endotracheal intubation, and to clarify the effect of oral cleaning technology on the improvement of oral hygiene and the prevention of postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with general anesthesia, so as to provide a theoretical basis for further popularizing this simple and easy technique in clinical work.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ASA分级I-II级；年龄18-75岁；住院后卧床者。

Inclusion criteria

ASA grade I-II; age 18-75 years old; bedridden patients after hospitalization.

排除标准：

骨科急症手术者；合并口腔及牙周疾病者；合并严重肝肾功能不全、心力衰竭等严重疾病者；合并术前肺部感染及损伤者；合并新近肋骨骨折者；合并脑外伤者；精神障碍不能配合调查者；已知对氯已定过敏者； <10颗牙齿者；最近3个月内使用免疫抑制药物或抗生素者。

Exclusion criteria：

Emergency orthopedic surgery; patients with oral and periodontal diseases; patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency, heart failure and other serious diseases; patients with preoperative pulmonary infection and injury; patients with recent rib fractures; patients with mental disorders unable to cooperate with the investigation; people who are known to be allergic to chlorine; < 10 teeth; those who use immunosuppressive drugs or antibiotics in the last 3 months.
