研究目的：

(1)失眠障碍患者是否会出现抑制控制功能异常，以及这些异常背后的电生理相关性；(2)低频rTMS是否可以有效抑制失眠障碍患者大脑皮层的兴奋，改善失眠障碍患者的抑制控制能力，从而提高失眠障碍患者的睡眠质量。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Whether patients with insomnia disorder will have abnormal inhibitory control function, and the electrophysiological correlation behind these abnormalities; (2) Whether low-frequency rTMS can effectively inhibit cortical excitation and improve the inhibitory control ability of patients with insomnia disorder, so as to improve the sleep quality of patients with insomnia disorder.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

失眠障碍患者的入选标准：年龄18-65岁；PSQI得分>6；没有神经或精神疾病；没有其他睡眠障碍(如睡眠相关的运动障碍，睡眠过度或睡眠异常)，经临床和多导睡眠描记术评估。
健康对照组年龄为18-65岁；没有其他的睡眠障碍；睡眠质量好，无昼夜交替工作史；PSQI≤5；没有神经或精神疾病。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for insomnia disorders: age 18-65; PSQI score & gt; 6; No neurological or mental illness; No other sleep disorders (such as sleep-related dyskinesia, hypersomnia, or dyssomnia) were assessed clinically and polysomnographically.
The healthy control group was 18-65 years old. No other sleep disorders; Good sleep quality, no alternating day and night work history; PSQI 5 or less; No neurological or mental illness.

排除标准：

患者体内的金属植入物(如心脏起搏器、支架、内耳助听器或其他金属物体)；
癫痫发作史；
怀孕或哺乳期或月经期或服用激素的妇女；
颅脑MRI扫描发现的结构性脑损伤；
没有服用阿片类药物、镇静催眠药、抗精神病药、抗抑郁药、b受体阻滞剂、兴奋剂、情绪稳定剂或甲状腺/糖尿病药物。

Exclusion criteria：

Metal implants (such as pacemakers, stents, inner ear hearing AIDS, or other metal objects) in patients;
History of seizures;
Women who are pregnant or breast-feeding or menstruating or taking hormones;
Structural brain injury detected by BRAIN MRI scan;
No opioids, sedative-hypnotics, antipsychotics, antidepressants, B-blockers, stimulants, mood stabilizers, or thyroid/diabetes medications.
